Curb Appeal Awards
Congratulations to the recipients
of our HOA Curb Appeal Award. This award honors eye catching properties that
are attractive from the front curb all the way to the top of the roof. We want
to give special recognition to homeowners that regularly maintain and beautify
their entire property. These individuals help enhance our community by creating
a beautiful atmosphere while also helping increase the overall property values
in our neighborhood. The properties selected all demonstrate a manicured lawn
with eye pleasing landscaping. Many include some xeriscaping. The exterior of
their house is tastefully painted and well-maintained. They may have nice
upgraded roofs, windows, front doors, and/or garage doors, etc. They
serve as a model for all our fellow homeowners and the award winners are
selected throughout the year. While the Board of Directors homes meet the
criteria for selection they are not eligible as the intent of the program is to
recognize others for their hard work and dedication to our community.
